Rob is an accomplished portfolio, program, project management executive with over twenty years of enterprise application, technology, and hardware transformation initiatives across a broad range of industries. Rob is a business leader with an inclusive management style, known for a pragmatic hands-on and collaborative problem solving approach, developed while leading a broad based portfolio line of business which encompassed projects from small staff augmentation engagements to highly complex multi-pillar and multi-million dollar global engagements. As part of these complex global engagements Rob has developed and deployed global Project Management Offices (PMO’s) which anchored the success of these initiatives and enabled the benefits realization expected by customer. Over these years, Rob has accumulated a significant amount of experience in the areas of IT Governance, risk management, application and technology road mapping, and quality management specific to the Six Sigma framework.
