Background

About Rob Sriver

Fifteen years of experience negotiating hundreds of complex contracts with federal agencies, state governments, corporations, and a wide array of international governments. Trusted business advisor and subject matter expert working with customers, executives, internal managers, sales teams, and stakeholders. You be unaware, but a great deal of my time is spent working directly with people at all levels domestically and with governments around the world. I advise, answer questions, negotiate, and explain legal information. I am known for building excellent relationships since that is a key component of being an effective contract negotiator. I like to collaborate with leaders, stakeholders, and customers. Since contracts have many components, I interact with people from various departments like IT, sales, marketing, finance, and legal. I solve problems all day long and find that to be an enjoyable part of my job. My work is intellectually challenging but also very rewarding. Because of my efforts, the company secures new business, retains existing customers, and knows I have protected their interests. A key strength is my deep understanding of US government contracting regulations, compliance, and requirements. Currently, I am looking for a new Contract Negotiator position.
