Robs Stanley’s current personal focus is in the areas of answering the question: What are the Business and Operational benefits from Big Data, Micro Data and Data Analytics? Rob is a thought leader in Strategic Account Development & Management. Since 2008 Rob has been an active member of the Global Strategic Accounts Group, and an Executive Corporate Account leader Rob has unique skills and experience in establishing strong relationships with key clients and then collaboratively working with their senior executives to enhance their Operating Vision. He has been pivotal in translating that vision into a deliverable program for his clients in Oil & Gas, Power, Mining and Chemical Industry. By understanding the clients key business drivers, he can then translate and drive that vision throughout his organisation to create an aligned, deliverable and measurable program to achieve the client’s goals. Rob has lead an iOps focus program (Integrated Operations) from concept to adoption within a major Australian Company. This operational program is now being demanded by the industry in Minerals & Mining, Oil & Gas, and has been adopted globally as a model to deploy in other industries to help companies drive improved bottom line operating performance. Rob is currently working on the development of Enhanced Vendor Management, a program to assist Companies extract more untapped value from Suppliers/Vendors.
