Background
About Rob Steed
The best place to find the right people for your business is from within it, so I work as an internal recruiter for businesses who don't need someone full-time. I usually work longer-term with my clients, in-house, to fulfill any and all recruitment needs. I also like taking on the jobs recruitment agencies shy away from: the unusual roles, varied locations, freelance or contractor positions that are hard to fill really well, the partners, associates or commission-only gigs that struggle to reach the right candidates.Alongside my day-job I am also still involved with LAPS (Life After Professional Sport Ltd) that I co-founded in 2016 and now sit on the Advisory Board.
