I remain a partner in an executive search firm, and function as a trusted advisor and headhunter. We have most recently begun distribution of an assessment product which all of our clients will benefit from. I have become Managing Partner and primary distributor for North America of assessment tests to determine truthfulness in the workplace. Seeing the catastrophic results of a bad hire led us to partner with Ethics Data Analytics with a mission of helping companies make hiring decisions with greater confidence and reduced risk. As a headhunter I frequently serve as “broker” for high profile partners, groups and firms. For the past 10 years my focus has been assisting leading rainmakers to find more fertile ground in the areas of international tax/transfer pricing, litigation support, forensics & investigations, business valuation, bankruptcy & restructuring and data analytics/cybersecurity. Our unique position as a broker for these individuals eclipses the traditional “headhunter” role for one of trusted advisor to all parties. The in-depth discussions we have with senior firm leadership enables us to recommend the best options for our candidates. We have helped our clients generate significant revenues through these relationships. Many of the consulting leaders we represent are testifying experts. They are highly-reputed economists, lawyers, accountants, MBAs and others. Our firm conducts searches throughout the U.S. and abroad for organizations that frequently have a global reach. Outside the U.S, our team has recruited in the UK, Germany, France, Australia and China. Prior to becoming a recruiter, I was a journalist with the New York Times Regional Newspaper Group, other publications.I
