The following are just a few key accomplishments: Managed all aspects of multiple and diverse business units going through changes/acquisitions. This includes development of business plans, recruitment, hiring and training of teams, budget and financial reporting, creating policies and protocols, enhancing customer service, succession planning, performance evaluations and talent develop. Orchestrated the planning and implementation for a 140 stream project built to anticipate and address new IRS & FINRA regulations. Guided analysts on creation of quality controls, control measures and evidence creation for auditor review. Led the acquisition of a 3rd operational center that included new positions and extreme compensation disparity. Developed change management strategy in key decision areas that increased headcount by 230%, addressed compensation issues within 18 months and built systems and resources to support ongoing customer service expectations that were industry leading. Developed Analysts to build FICCA and SOC1 related controls and processes to manage a security master system that accounts for over financial products. Further IT enhancements, data reporting and SQL processes enabled the firm to save $300K annually.
