I am seeking a position as a Real Estate Appraiser Trainee. I have recently completed the required 154 hours of Real Estate Appraisal education through Champions School of Real Estate. As a Data Analyst at IBM, I performed comparative data analysis and reporting for each integration project I worked on. I lead technical requirements gathering, documentation, and implementation of assigned client integrations. This position required excellent analytical and time management skills as well as written and oral communication skills. As a small business owner, I was responsible for all aspects of running a business, hiring/managing employees, operations, accounting and marketing to name a few. Unfortunately, the pandemic hit us our second year and our cash reserves were not sufficient enough to sustain us so we had to close. I discovered Real Estate Appraisal through my mosquito control business by networking and meeting people in the profession. After speaking with several appraisers, inspectors and mortgage lenders, I learned that not only do I have the skills to be successful, I find Real Estate Appraisal very interesting and I believe it will be a very rewarding career.
