About Rob Swift

A Dynamics Navision/Business Central Consultant with one aim of making end-users working lives simpler and easier by harnessing the power of ERP. Experience-wise, I have over 10 years experience as both a NAV Developer, and Consultant, having undertaken full cycle roll outs of NAV solutions for end users in different sectors, from analysis through to go-live. In addition to my role as a Consultant, I currently lead a team four other Consultants, providing assistance, advice and support, as well as undertaking 1-2-1's and reviews with the team, working with Project Managers to resource project commitments, and working with colleagues to improve internal processes. My current position also provides me with the opportunity to continue to improve my knowledge and understading of the Business Central solution, and the processes/flows behind it as it evolves. Aside from NAV/Business Central, I have experience of/consulted in the use of Jet Reports, Power BI, Continia Document Capture & Expense Management, LS Retail & Dynamics 365 Business Central. Prior to this, my background falls between two areas, web development ((X)HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Classic ASP.Net, MVC and SQL) and systems analysis (namely SCRUM, DSDM, RUP etc.).
