At Tandem Diabetes Care, I’ve taken on various leadership roles that allowed me to shape our approach to Inside Sales, Renewals, Retention, and Payor Operations. One of my proudest moments was leading initiatives that resulted in a remarkable $40 million boost in revenue while also achieving $1.7 million in cost savings through process automation.
