I have more than sixteen years of experience in the pet care industry, having previously worked as a regional operations director and a hospital administrator/consultant at Liberty Pet Care, where I helped improve the efficiency, quality, and profitability of multiple veterinary hospitals across the region. I have a strong background in customer service, human resources, and leadership, and I am passionate about providing the best care and experience for our clients and their pets. I collaborate with a team of highly skilled and compassionate veterinarians, technicians, and staff, and I strive to foster a positive and productive work environment that aligns with our mission, values, and goals. I am also committed to continuous learning and improvement, and I seek to enhance my knowledge and skills in the field of veterinary medicine, administration and beyond.
