I have enjoyed a diverse journey in healthcare and business, working across NHS Wales, NHS England, the Middle East, and the British independent healthcare sector. Worked in start-up through to mature businesses including VC-backed and charitable. These experiences have shaped my perspective. I have by choice operated at my best where the rubber hits the road or in today's lingo, where value is created. Increasingly the long experience and hard earned insight is of great strategic value as I know and like to think, have a feeling, for business and services.Hard to believe, but I am now in my seventh year back in corporate life, currently serving as a multi-site Health System Director at Nuffield Health. I try to encourage others with integrity, optimism, and a healthy dose of humour. My colleagues and I are committed to exceptional service, striving for ethical leadership and transparency, especially during challenging times.
