With more than 20 years in advertising, branding, and production, it’s fair to say that Rob Tiisler has created successful work in every marketing channel you can think of. He’s also worn nearly every hat in the business, from designer to editor, producer, director, creative director, and of course, founder. Along every step of the way, his achievements have been the result of a combination of integrity, conviction, innovation, and a relentless commitment to creative excellence—no matter what the medium or platform. When Rob started Company Man Studios, it was Tampa’s first hybrid creative + content production firm. Over the years, he’s built it into one of the area’s top creative resources, with a long list of regional and national clients. Prior to founding CMS, he served as Vice President of Tampa Digital Studios, and before that as Creative Director of Diamond P Production Group (formerly Diamond P Sports/CPN Television.) All that experience has taught him that to turn a great idea into an award-winning creative execution, it must be anchored by sound strategy, managed with expertise, and executed with flawless teamwork. On the rare occasions that Rob is not thinking about, or hustling on, projects at CMS, he’s busy creating personal art or designing and building functional, yet eye-catching furniture. So when Rob says that he built Company Man from the ground up, he means that both figuratively and literally, since most of the desks, furniture, and artwork were crafted with his own hands.
