With a career in Pensions spanning over 30 years I have considerable experience in Leadership, Sales & Marketing, DB, DC and Individual Pensions. Business Development experience covers Product Provider, Financial Advisors and Employee Benefits Consultancy. In each of these I have successfully developed relationships and partnerships with Clients, Intermediaries, Strategic Partners, HR, and Main Board members. In recent years senior management roles have led to involvement in the design, development and implementation of 3 award winning retirement propositions with Origen, Punter Southall and Capita. This has given me a unique insight into what works and the most effective way to engage with clients to deliver the best outcomes for their future, something I feel very passionate about. As a qualified financial planner and pension transfer specialist, working with Chantler Kent Investments, I provide regulated advice to private and corporate clients on their financial affairs and objectives. The business I have built at Pandora Retirement Consulting is based on the people skills, coaching and presenter I have developed throughout my career. I provide face to face coaching and retirement seminars/webinars to really help people make the most of their future by simplifying the complex issues they face.
