I am an accomplished and passionate brand builder with 23 years of experience in Marketing. I have worked in CPG at General Mills and Clorox, with my last 13 years at Beam Suntory, a thriving spirits company that prioritizes relationships & collaboration. I have a wealth of experience leading national brand & portfolio strategy, developing market leading innovation and utilizing actionable consumer insight to drive decision making. I have developed and led new-to-world experience designs and adapted global campaigns to the local market. I have led Canadian creative and activation strategy for national CPG brands using a full marketing mix with tremendous success in digital/social/mobile. I also have significant experience working with a P&L and delivering financial targets on my businesses and initiatives, skills that I put to work when developing innovations, leading pricing strategy, driving COGS improvements, or making provincial brand investment recommendations. Most important is my aptitude for developing strong relationships with my cross functional teams, my reports, global partners, and senior leadership. I have played a key leadership role on teams that have achieved remarkable results, and have been fortunate to partner with very talented peers and colleagues.
