I am an energetic banking and corporate finance leader with global experience and a proven track record of successfully defining and implementing strategy, building and repositioning businesses, and executing for growth. I have also had the privilege of supporting and partnering with owners and executives of world-class middle-market to large-corporate companies through the planning, structuring, and execution of their international capital strategy and cash management, mergers and acquisitions, and risk management. With my tenure building and leading commercial and corporate banking businesses and helping clients achieve their financial and strategic objectives having spanned the Southeastern US, New York City, and London/Western Europe, I have developed a global perspective and diverse way of thinking that has helped me to build and motivate high-performing teams, and to deliver distinct competitive advantages for both my firm and my clients.
