About Rob Usakowski

Currently I am the chief elected official in Kimball Township, MI, the county's third largest municipality with just under residents. In my first year in office we finished with positive gains to fund balance in all accounts for the first time in over 20 years. We cut expenditures by over without eliminating services, and have maintained a balanced budget each year. I have also worked on multiple collaboartive project to save tax payers several hundred thousand dollars. I work with local and national legislator on a regular basis to make sure proposed laws have a positive affect on constituants. I am also the Regional Manager for Professional Educational Services Group. I assist school districts in finding tools and techniques to save budget costs, and partner with them in an ongoing basis to ensure that services provided are meeting expectations and student educational needs. I work with internal staff to implement and improve internal processes necessary for meeting school district needs.I work with legislators regarding proposed laws that may affect our company as well as the district in which we work. As President of the nonprofit organization, the National Jersey Wooly Rabbit Club, I have provided insight on the structure and adherance to the Constitution and Bylaws, improved member services including a new magazine for all members, more communications for members through social mediums including Twitter and Facebook.
