I'm a certified Enterprise Architect of the architecture practice of Capgemini Financial Services. I facilitate decision making by bringing structure and clarity. With a strong drive for results and looking after the interests of the stakeholders I guide essential projects to success. My sense for organizational relations enable me to build bridges between the different interests in your organization. I have a broad project experience: business requirements, architecture, process and systems design, systems development, systems integration, testing and piloting, taking systems live, setting up operational systems support, organizational implementation, in- and outsourcing, setting up off-shoring and managing off-shore teams, package selection, managing multiple vendors, multi-location and multi-cultural projects, and more. I'm bringing a load of knowledge and experience in the payments area: payment architectures, e, i- and m-channels, mid- and back-office processing, package software, clearing, SWIFT, SEPA, PSD, AML, FATF, ISO20022, Target 2, FI in- and outsourcing, corporate cash management, cards, mobile payments, etc.
