Nine years active duty in Air Force as Computer Systems and Network Administration; Five years experience in private industry - computer/network systems installation, repair and administration; Twenty-four years Department of Defense as network systems administrator, personnel resource manager, BusinessObjects instructor, National Security Personnel System program manager and instructor; Black belt in CPI (Air Force-branded Lean/Six Sigma); As of 2012, Chief of Manpower, Organization and Process Improvement and, most recently, facilitator of Arbinger's Developing and Implementing an Outward Mindset and Outward Leadership courses.#TurnTheWorldOutward Moved from a strictly recreational scuba diver to the professional realm and became a PADI Instructor in February 2008. Founded the Del Rio Dive Club, currently serving as President. Published composer, contributing to the score for the musical play "Soup Du Jour". Director, singer/actor, musical arranger/director for numerous community theatre productions, having won multiple All-star Cast awards in ACT competitions. In 2012 established the weekly video podcast,"Two Guys Who Dive"(now called This Guy Who Dives), discussing scuba diving, technology, local and national interests.
