An experienced learning and development professional with a track record of consistently delivering success learning solutions that add value to businesses and overcome a range of learning and geographical barriers. Working with stakeholders to understand needs to drive performance is fundamental to the successes that I have. A key strength is adaptability. Adapting the audience, surroundings and situation - something that was key in the early days of the Covid19 pandemic when I proactively learnt, from a variety of sources, how bets to deliver training virtually. This enabled me to deliver a consistent level of learning initiatives, whose quality and impact we're affected by the move to remote working. As well as training facilitation I am experienced in using online tools, such as Storyline, to create engaging content that forms part of a blended approach.
