About Rob Whitzman

I help enterprise leaders improve resilience, strengthen communications, and make smarter technology decisions. As President and Founder of PBC Communications, and Partner, Technology & Resilience with Agilitas Advisory, I bring more than 30 years of experience across telecom consulting, enterprise communications, and resilience-focused advisory work.I founded PBC Communications to help organizations simplify telecom, reduce unnecessary costs, and choose the right communications solutions for their business. My work includes UCaaS, contact center, AI-enabled communications, and broader telecom strategy, always from a vendor-agnostic perspective.Through Agilitas, I help expand enterprise resilience solutions across North America and beyond, including Battleground, our risk and resilience SaaS software platform. This work is focused on helping organizations improve preparedness, strengthen decision-making, and respond more effectively in complex and high-pressure situations.Across both roles, my approach is practical and advisory-led. I work with leadership teams to understand what matters most, explain the reasoning behind key decisions, and align technology and strategy with real business priorities.I work primarily with enterprise clients, especially in financial services, energy, and mining, where operational resilience and communications strategy are closely connected. I see my role as an educator first, helping clients understand their options, reduce risk, and move forward with confidence. With a technical background in physics and computing, I bring both analytical discipline and real-world perspective to the table. Whether the challenge involves communications transformation, resilience planning, or software that supports better decision-making, I help organizations cut through complexity and focus on what matters.I welcome conversations with CFOs, COOs, CIOs, and other senior leaders focused on resilience, communications modernization, and strategic technology planning.
