My career has been focused on coaching, managing and partnering through a dynamic team to cultivate long term business partnerships with a wide variety of clientele. My experiences have provided me with the opportunity to learn, influence, build and support the many inputs that encompass overseeing a successful business unit. Under my leadership, our team works to cultivate a reputation for quality customer service and service excellence to the customers we serve. As business continues to evolve the relationships we have with our customers and expert knowledge we share within our product category will prove to be our sole source to create value, loyalty and partnership. My healthy curiosity for development and change, and constant vigilance towards strong business results are the foundation of my future career development. I have a passion for understanding, creating a plan and seeing it through but also understand that the strength within the team we work with makes us all collectively successful. I believe team development plays a significant role in the long-term success of any organization and this is where I perform best.
