About Rob Wigton

I have worked in the real estate industry since 1995, after a career in broadcasting.Co-owned and managed a mid-sized real estate firm in Nevada for 12 years before accepting the position of CEO of the Nevada Association of REALTORS in 2009. Left that position at the end of 2013 to return to sales.Soon discovered my real passion remained in association management, and accepted the position of CEO of the Greater Gateway Association of REALTORS in 2015. Accepted the position of CEO with the Williamson County Association of REALTORS in April, 2017. Left this position after nearly three years and.I accepted the CEO position at the Gallatin Association of Realtors in Bozeman, Montana. After 3 years in Montana, I sought relief from the snow and cold and accepted the position of CEO of the Blue Ridge Association of Realtors in Winchester, Virginia, another gorgeous location and awesome association! But wait, there’s more! Offered the State CEO position with the New Mexico Association of Realtors in beautiful Santa Fe. So thrilled to be back at the State level.I know the real estate industry and association life from both the Volunteer and paid Staff sides. I served as a local and state association President during my years in Nevada, and was recognized as REALTOR of the Year at both levels. I'm also a member of the NAR RPAC Hall of Fame since 2009, and was reinducted in 2016 at the second level. In May of 2020 was inducted at the third level, one of fewer than 50 people to reach this goal. And, in 2023 I reached the 4th tier of Hall of Fame, becoming the first AE to do so. I was a charter member of NAR’s President’s Circle program and continue to be an active member of that group, as well as serving on Realtor Party Committees. I’m proud of my record of service to the industry I serve, and will always be a dedicated advocate of the American Dream!
