Acquisition: 12 years of acquisition experience in Test and Evaluation, Systems Engineering Science and Technology, and Level Program Management. Engineering: MSME with 25 years of experimental aircraft design experience. Lead engineer for aeronautical, structural, and systems design of four experimental manned aircraft. Designed a Surface Independent Extremely Short Takeoff and Landing (XSTOL) Aircraft (patent 7,487,935) based on the advanced concepts of the combination of an aero-morphing variable incidence wing with an aircushion landing system. Prior experience as a test engineer in simulated space conditions at NASA JSC.
