Background

About Robb McFadden

I lead a global Employee Relations team dedicated to fostering a fair, safe, and inclusive culture that builds employee trust and enables teams to perform at their best. We provide situational support on complex HR issues that could involve elements of legal or reputational risk and drive strategic initiatives to proactively shape key policies and practices. Prior to joining ER, I served as Gilead's in-house employment attorney and advised on a broad range of issues shaping the modern workplace. My practice included advice and counseling, directing privileged investigations, handling pre-litigation disputes, and managing employment litigation. My colleagues describe me as a pragmatic, solutions-oriented counselor, a team player, and a hard worker who strives for perfection when it's within reach. I love what I do.
