Sage Tree was sold to Advantage Solutions in 2016, and I began the continuous innovation and the purposeful adoption of change that: • Acquired and integrated five additional companies. • Grew the enterprise to $145M in Revenue over a 4-yr period. • Top 10 Amazon Advertising partner; over $130M annually. • Top 100 Third-Party Seller on Amazon. • Developed robust Retail Media Network (RMN). • Optimized a Direct-To-Consumer national fulfillment network. • Spun off a Machine Learning (ML) based data visualization division. • 260 accomplished associates. International experience includes leading the 2025 Global E-Commerce go-to-market Service Architecture for three affiliated, multi-national companies and keynote speeches for conferences in Portugal, Australia, South Africa, and Kenya.
