Constantly learning and humble. It is important to be smart without rubbing it in someone's face. I have enjoyed more success when serving others to reach goals or objectives. That goes for clients and employees, they are both my customers and I serve them enthusiastically. No matter the venue or the community vibe, what works for me is honesty and loyalty. People from all walks of life will respond to authenticity. Always able to keep the big picture at the top of mind, I understand that the devil is in the details. Whether managing a company, coaching athletes, or inspecting prospective construction repair projects, the way you do one thing, is the way you do all things. Do things the right way and get as much inclusive support as possible at every step. That is how you build a brand which people trust. What you do, do with Integrity. Where you go, Lead. Whom you serve, serve with Caring. When you dream, dream with your All. And never, ever give up. These are simple credos I use to stay on course. Attitude and effort are the keys to success and we are all judged. Preach and practice the same thing for accountability. My expectations for myself and others are the same and we are clear on the terms: 1) Be positive 2) Try your best 3) Treat others as you like to be treated Easy to learn, yet difficult to maintain. Whenever a conflict within my team occurs, we can find our way to one or more of these expectations. That is how you build a brand which people trust. Honestly I think it all boils down to being positive with everything and everyone. So much trust and loyalty comes from the embers of positivity.
