With over 4 years of experience in Commercial Training and currently pursuing a learning path in PR & Communication. In my initial 4 years in the Customer Experience department, I participated in various commercial training initiatives—designing impactful learning journeys and providing actionable feedback to stakeholders. I then specialised in launching product-focused learning events and developing conscious sales training to enhance customer interaction and product knowledge on a global scale. Currently, I’ve transitioned into PR & Communication, where I concentrate on market communications worldwide. My role focuses on ensuring effective messaging, operational efficiencies, and global alignment across markets, with a distinct emphasis on launching new markets. I believe every day is a new learning opportunity, no matter the job.
