In my current role, I focus on supporting CXOs in executing their strategy and ensuring it's translated effectively to the engineering teams. While I specialize in working with CTOs, I often collaborate with other C-level executives as well. My expertise extends to conducting technical due diligence for venture capital and private equity partners, and I frequently help entrepreneurs assess how well they are prepared for growth.
