About Robbert van Rooij

My biggest challenge is to built something out of nothing! People can barely keep track of changes in society, let alone organizations. Choices are becoming more numerous and must be made faster and faster. Today's reality only lasts for a few weeks. Long decision-making processes are therefore no longer efficient. As a director, interim manager, I fully realize that there is no other option than to carry out a short and powerful analysis of the content and the environment and then to make a decision. This process deserves constant attention and possible adjustment in order to achieve the desired result. I am used to sitting around the table with the people of the content and prefer to work in scrum sessions in order to come to a joint result with a feeling for the environment. As an intermediary inspirator (Insights 47) I connect work processes with ICT, people with culture and objectives with the organization. You have to hire me if you have a challenge with, for example, combining teams, outsourcing work, innovating work processes or just bridging management. I will always combine it with sustainability, big data, geo data and smart community solutions! I asked my children to characterize me in 5 words: Maker, Quirky, Direct, Empathetic and Reliable.
