For 10.5 years, I have been a Client Delivery Manager in the SAP Private Hosting line of business, overseeing the delivery and operational teams. I am an expert in SAP cloud hosting environments, facilitating digital transformation journeys for clients across a range of industries. My mission is to ensure best-in-class service delivery, operational support, and achieving customer delight throughout the full customer lifecycle. I have a talent for identifying new opportunities through business development initiatives, partnering with global and regional resources, and enabling cross-team collaboration from initial build through the entire operational life-cycle. Heavily involved in expansion of services to existing customers as well as successfully renewing many subscription contracts over these years. Some of my key clients include HP Hood, Sysmex U.S, AES Big Sky, Pitney Bowes, Rowe Fine Furniture, Oliver Products, Centric Brand Holdings, and Caresource. I am passionate about delivering quality service execution and incident management for achieving day in and day out positive results for our customers in the SAP Private Cloud.
