About Robbie Cutbirth

I’m a creative entrepreneur with a passion for blending hospitality, patient experience, and business innovation. Growing up in the back of my parents’ dental office, I saw firsthand the impact of building an honest practice where patients are treated like family. This experience ignited my love for entrepreneurship and set me on a path to help create businesses that prioritize both people and service. I studied Marketing and Entrepreneurship/Corporate Innovation at Baylor University, where I honed my skills in brand strategy, business development, and customer experience. After graduating in 2021, I led marketing at C&S Family Dentistry, gaining deep insight into the dental industry, and later served as Director of Marketing for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Texas Realty, where I helped agents and teams grow their businesses through strategic branding and digital marketing. Now, I’ve returned to my roots, co-founding Cutbirth Family Dental in Elgin, Texas, alongside my family. Our mission is to combine the heritage of small-town dentistry, where everyone knows your name, with modern technology to keep our patients all smiles. We’re building a welcoming, patient-first practice in the heart of historic Elgin, housed in the beautifully restored O’Connor Building (est. Beyond dentistry, I’m a creative at heart. You’ll often find me painting, building LEGO sets, or cheering on the Baylor Bears. Most importantly, I love exploring new places with my wife, Noelle, and continuing to find ways to blend creativity with business to make a lasting impact. Let’s connect!
