About Robbie Maples

Robbie has adjusted a wide range of Insurance Claims over the last decade. Beginning with residential claims, he quickly transitioned into the handling of commercial losses due to his previous work experience in construction management and industrial manufacturing management. While property losses are his expertise, he has also handled losses involving third party liability and product liability; and he has considerable experience adjusting catastrophe losses. Robbie has a construction background, which has proved invaluable when providing a cost analysis of building repairs and managing building consultants. This also gives him a competitive edge when proposing settlement recommendations that result in a win-win scenario for Insureds and Insurers alike. Robbie has worked throughout the United States and Caribbean and is willing and able to travel anywhere at a moment’s notice. He also serves as a mentor to other adjusters throughout the country, taking the time to review reports and give guidance on claims handling. As a key member of the Insurance Industry in the Atlanta area, Robbie is involved in numerous organizations including the Southern Loss Association (SLA), where he served as the 2017 President and current Past President and Board Member, the Atlanta Claims Association (ACA), Loss Executives Association (LEA), British American Business Council of Georgia (BABC), and as a fellow with the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance (CLM). He also regularly attend events with Risk and Insurance Management Society (RIMS), Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) Society, and Property Loss Resources Bureau (PLRB).
