Ara (formerly Addiction Recovery Agency) supports some of the most vulnerable people in the South West and Wales, and I'm proud to be leading the team improving quality of life for our clients. I'm big on Confronting Defeatist Inertia. I don't want to hear that we can't do something - we can do anything. I bring experience of developing and leading high-performing teams across a diverse range of sectors, including charity, civil service, engineering, energy and defence. My passion is for driving innovation and creating a culture that gets things done. Transformation requires bringing people on board, and I bring the soft skills and technical acumen necessary to lead improvements with teams and entire organisations. I have extensive experience of strategic stakeholder management, developing high-level partnerships that deliver mutual benefits to partners and clients. I'm also passionate about supporting vulnerable people to improve their lives and re-integrate in to society, especially in the realms of homelessness and drug & alcohol recovery.
