My most recent position was at Northern Trust as a Senior Business Analyst, working as a Project Lead on multiple projects from minor system enhancements to a multi-million dollar transformation project. Prior to my project work, I held an operational role as a Team Leader of a busy processing team that required significant client interaction and relationship building. In addition, I was responsible for the analysis and stabilisation of the team’s processes prior to migrating those processes to the Northern Trust offices in India. This required training large teams in India and the subsequent oversight of the processes.
