About Robbie Plahitko

Colossians 3:2 NLTI am a Product Integration Engineer with Configuration Management for Boeing. We manage the configuration of the core stage/EUS (Exploration Upper Stage) for NASA’s Artemis Program. My specialized tasks involve procuring new components by conducting functional/physical configuration audits, ensuring Boeing processes/standards are adhered to per contract and issuing certifications to qualify spaceflight hardware. My career goal has always been to be apart of something bigger than myself. I’ve always questioned what I do not know and researched further than what I previously knew. This is being accomplished by helping to propel the American space program forward as we did during the Apollo program. I have 13 years in general/commercial aviation, served in the Air Force Reserves as a vehicle maintainer and obtained my bachelors degree in Aeronautics (minoring in UAS).I am currently continuing my education pursuing a Masters degree in Spacecraft Systems Engineering from John Hopkins University. This will assist my career endeavors to create spacecraft for the defense of the United States and free world. No man has a right to die until he has served his generation-A.W. Tozer
