AUTOMATION & RISK MITIGATION: Worked within FactSet to develop a process to run funds automatically for the processing of 40+ attributions reports monthly; reduced time to complete from hours to less than 30 minutes while increasing accuracy, enhancing data quality, minimizing errors, and reducing risk. QUALITY ASSURANCE & PROCESS IMPROVEMENT: Improved quality and clarity of contract language by initiating a program that enabled underwriting, account management, and operations to use a checklist for contract creation; decreased errors on initial client setup by 30% and minimized error from fees that were incorrectly charged. I completed my Bachelor’s in Business Administration from University of North Carolina and earned my Investment Foundations Certificate from CFA Institute.
