His role spanned strategic growth, key client relationships, and agency operations, with a focus on building a high-performing organization, improving client experience, and driving revenue expansion through retention and cross-sell.Before Directive, Robbie spent over a decade at Tinuiti, where he built and scaled multiple high-impact functions that drove tens of millions in incremental revenue. He founded the Client Growth division from the ground up and later led both Client Success and Revenue teams, improving retention, expanding wallet share, and establishing scalable systems for long-term growth.Across his career, Robbie has been focused on building organizations and systems that turn strong delivery into predictable, repeatable revenue growth.
