I am currently in my final year of my Master of Analytics at RMIT University, with a high distinction average thus far, I am a graduate of the University of Melbourne having completed a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering. The skills and experience I have gained to date have shaped me into an ambitious professional.My employment history is diverse, with my main overall experience relating to analytics and customer service. I have had secured employment with Renault Australia, as a Customer Satisfaction analyst / aftersales analyst. Working for Renault Australia has developed my numeracy, analytics skills and attention to details to a high level. I am now seeking a role better aligned with the skill set I am gaining throughout my course and to further develop myself and my career. I am a confident individual who works well as part of a team, whilst simultaneously possessing the initiative and drive to work independently. I am very efficient and logical in how I approach problem-solving throughout any tasks that are either work or life-related.
