About Robby Perkins

Graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Southern California, Political Science B.S (Pre-Law), with minors in Law and Public Policy and International Relations. Currently working as a Legal Assistant at Susman Godfrey LLP. At Susman Godfrey LLP, I assist multiple attorney's with their cases. Previously, I worked full-time as a Litigation Assistant at Wilson Elser. At Wilson Elser, I assisted in managing and overseeing multiple insurance programs, including preparing weekly and monthly reports for clients. I also successfully won a campaign while interning for David Cohen for San Jose City Council. Helping to lit drop over homes in District 4, and secured over 1,500 potential voters through phone banking to vote for David Cohen. I am proud to be endorsed by David Cohen (San Jose District 4 City Council Rep). As a Legal Assistant at Magdalena Law Group, I managed all incoming and outgoing Court/Client Documents, helped draft Court/Correspondence documents and motions, and communicated and took notes for Clients. Additionally, I helped manage all incoming subpoenas, conversing with different companies' counsel to obtain information, even when greatly hidden. As an intern in the State Senate Office of Lena Gonzales in District 33, I helped constituents, briefed the Senator, drafted statements, learned the intricacies of LCMS, and much more. While working as campaign intern for Christy Smith for Congress, I managed Christy's multiple email inboxes. As Political Director of the Trojan Democrats, I organized all Political Aspects on campus and beyond, reaching as far as federal elections. I managed my own team and navigated a tough political climate on a diverse college campus. In the USC Undergraduate Student Government External Affairs Committee I managed and oversaw projects within the South Central Community.
