My early years as a pharmacy technician have prepared me to implement VoIP phones and IVR refill integrations for pharmacies across America. As a Senior Implementation Specialist, I set the standard for an efficient and seamless integration of our devices in pharmacies during working hours - remotely!It is my responsibility to maintain documentation of new integrations for our Support staff. As our relationship with PMS vendors grows, new features are developed. I document and train the team on how to implement and support these new features. Having a networking certification, I’ve been able to flex this muscle by installing routers as part of our optional network maintenance package. Installing a router over the phone with someone who knows medicine and not ethernet cables has been a challenge I’ve overcome. As part of this seamless transition during the pharmacy’s working hours, I promise a downtime of 5 minutes or less - if we go over that mark I’ll have a game plan the next time we tackle it!My customers love working with me because I can take the bad with the good. When we run into issues it’s necessary to know where to pivot. I haven’t seen it all, but my experience leads the way and leaves them encouraged, reassured, and knowing how to proceed.
