About Robby Walters

My Professional career over the past 15+ years has been with the electronics Juggernaut Best Buy and its subsidiaries. My passion for serving my clients, being able to create and design something to enhance a families quality of life and my passion for music has always guided me to be a part of Magnolia and the Magnolia Brand. I set a goal for myself over 4 years ago to become a General Manager for my very own Magnolia Audio Video location; a goal I am proud to say I have achieved. My next goal will be to be a Regional Manager but for now, I will educate myself and surround myself with those that will help me learn and grow, inevitably mastering the role of General Manager within the Magnolia space. I consider myself someone who is a pleasure to work with. A likable person who can relate to nearly anyone. A natural leader who leads by example and education as opposed to fear. I want the most out of each and every individual, motivating each person differently. A strong structure and culture of success and growth is mandatory when I am a part of something whether I am the titled leader or a fellow team member. I command respect purely because I deliver it putting the Client, my Team Members and my Brand before myself. My passion and drive to be successful is understood in one sentence:"I hate losing more than I like winning."
