Robert Coox is a proposal manager, team leader, and coordinator for US domestic and international funding for capacity development, technical assistance, and systems strengthening. He works within broad regional and technical areas including health, trade, energy, sustainability, infrastructure, and economic development projects and he currently manages multi-million dollar business development proposal writing efforts. Robert has a high-level skill set in project management, cost/budget assembly, technical strategy development, and recruiting/human resources. Robert has experience as a project contract/grant manager and writer, management consultant, and analyst for diverse organizations such as USAID, EPA, USDA, and HUD. He has extensive experience leading federal grant and contract projects and has a Masters of Public Policy degree from the University of Southern California. Robert has developed a number of skills that include quantitative and qualitative strategic research and analysis, planning, contractor management, advocacy, economic analysis, and financial management.
