My influence stretches far beyond individual classrooms — I coach and empower not only teachers, but also campus administrators and district leaders, catalyzing instructional transformation from the schoolhouse to the statehouse. From Title I classrooms to district PD stages, I move with strategy and heart. I’ve been a teacher, interventionist, coach, specialist, and consultant — and at every level, I’ve led with purpose. Whether I'm guiding principals through data-informed decision-making, designing DEI and SEL-aligned book clubs, decoding assessment systems like i-Ready, MAP, and STAAR, or helping district teams align instructional priorities, I turn vision into action. I don’t just support instruction — I architect ecosystems that sustain it. I am the bridge between research and real-world practice — and I walk it with clarity, style, and undeniable impact. My goals as an administrator: I will help develop a shared vision that has a significant purpose with clear values that help students, staff, and community holders picture the future of our campus. I will consistently and frequently communicate with students and their families to build a rapport and develop a strong partnership that will raise academic achievement. I will express high expectations for students, staff, and myself to empower self-learning and personal development by establishing an environment built on accountability and responsibility. I will be committed to visiting classrooms daily to listen to quality instruction, learn more about classroom environments, and observe student outcomes. I will encourage and support professional learning communities (PLCs) to help to teacher’s professional growth and promote lifelong learning. I will make every instructional decision based on what is best for all students. I will foster partnerships among local educational agencies, institutions of higher education, parents, and local labor, business, and professional associations to provide and support programs for my professional development.
