About Robert Agnic

I would briefly describe myself as a responsible CEO. My professional experience spans more than 20 years and include several managerial positions in leading global companies in various branches, such as plastic, pharmaceuticals and insulation materials. I was responsible for several departments such as R&D, purchasing, business development, supply chain with production & lean process improvements. Strategy/vision – I have the opportunity and I'm proud to run the company that influences people’s habits in order to leave a better planet behind, which means teaching them how to manage food waste and how to replace single use plastic with environmentally friendly one. All our efforts and strategy are focused on implementing changes and solutions for a sustainable development. Customers/Business Development – I always listen to our existing/potential customers/partners talking about their challenges and strive to provide them with the best service based on our expertise and experience. I also help them to become sustainable. New opportunities are coming our way thanks to my proactivity and willingness to discuss matters, and to visit and meet new people. Leadership – People are the heart of the company so all my communication includes them. We truly live our “Each employee on the right position” motto. I try to spend at least half of my working time with a team and, if possible, with each employee individually.
