Process Improvement & Project Management: I bring vast experience in process improvement and project management to the consulting role. Most recently, we successfully managed teams of Quality Specialists as the Module Yard Manager for Williams Energy’s Horizon Project. The Team was instrumental in ensuring all quality was completed, schedules were maintained and costs were within budget. I am skilled at QA/QC/Field Engineering, Change Order Management, budgeting & cost controls, bidding/estimating/proposals, subcontracting and crew management, as well as site safety and OH & S compliance I understands what is required from kick-off meeting, to turnover and commissioning, and every step along the way. A dedicated professional, I places a high emphasis on team development and communication. My international and hands-on experiences allows me to have a better overview of Projects.
