About Robert Antonius

Robert Antonius is a fresh graduate (very satisfactory predicated) with a bachelor's degree of engineering. Formerly, within 4 years he was actively contributed to some student organization, involved in student activity and volunteering, skilled on conducted research, competed, and won in both national and international competitions. Apart from this, he likes to spend his spared time to singing and playing guitar as refreshing media Research Development and Innovation are the major things he really passionate about. Related to his study, he able to initiated and conducted 2 environmentally friendly innovation, they were the production of package material from tofu industry byproduct (whey) and the production of cutlery by utilizing local fruit commodity (apple and banana) in Malang. By doing this experience, he found excitement and took much value to elevate his intrapersonal skills (such as creativity, time and project management, leadership, critical thinking, and public speaking). He took enthusiasm but not limited to embrace a career as RnD Specialist, also as Management Traineeat FMCG company, and EHS Engineer due to his former experience. Life for him is a continuous improvement. Every big change came from a small continuous movement.
