I am the commercial director for iProspect, a forward thinking marketing agency providing a unique perspective on brand building with a performance mindset. I represent 5 locations & 600 people in the UK. Following my business management & accounting degree in 2013, I qualified as a CIMA chartered accountant in 2018, achieving one of the worlds highest marked strategic case studies. With several years of training & experience as an accountant under my belt, my recent roles have been more commercially focussed. I am a driver of business growth, always looking for the next opportunity. I am responsible for setting up the commercial framework to allow everyone in the business to excel for our clients. I ensure potential risks are mitigated as part of my role on the leadership team. My greatest attributes are my integrity and passion, I find my best work usually comes from honest & open dialogue with colleagues or external partners and leads to closer collaboration & innovation as a result.
