Worked with Developers (Boyer, Howland, Gardner Company, Rulon Gardner, Kimball Investment and others), including high-end custom residential, tenant finish designs, Commercial Retail Centers, High-Rise Office facilities, Industrial projects, Institutional builds, Municipal projects, Federal Governmant project, Warehouse, Laboratory, Medical, Clean Rooms from Class 300K to Class 10. Built retail from Strip Shops to Big Box and Food Service Facilities. Completed projects for Public Sector Clients including Schools for various Districts and Universities. Experience working with Multiple Cities, Division of Facilities Construction and Management, the Veterans Administration and numerous States and the Corps of Engineers. Supervised each project from Programming, Schematic & Design Development, Construction Documents, and the Construction Administration for full turnkey delivery.
