About Robert B. Fredricksen
Information Technology has been my career for many years, more than 16 years at Vermont Tech alone. It's hard to believe my little hobby has turned into something I love so much. Throughout my work history I have discovered that working with people is one of my strong suits. This is great for working with IT in an academic environment. I have worked in large corporations as well and having this ability to understand the person in front of a computer is invaluable. Currently my family and just moved back to Colorado and have made Colorado Springs our home. I'm looking for an employer who wants someone who can build or fix their current IT help desk situation. In my time at Vermont Tech I built two IT help desks, handled major purchases, hired and trained help desk student technicians, and managed a variety of other projects. Vermont Technical College was a GREAT place to work, but I look forward to what Colorado has to offer for my family.
