Work scopes, project budget and administration requirements, planning and scheduling the project works, coordinating with the project team, client, and the fabrication yard. Manage the day to day activities to ensure that the project meets their objectives. Monitor daily progress and make sure safety been followed up accordingly till completion. Reporting to management on the project status including progress, schedule & budget status Previous Positions wit Seadrill ( 2008 till 2023 ) Head of Capital Projects The head of capital projects is responsible for managing of quality control measures, budgets, and project timelines for large scale projects across the fleet. This is to ensure long term projects are performed in the most efficient manner ensuring rig integrity while minimizing out of service period and cost. Implement project execution processes and ensure methodologies and processes are captured for future reference across the fleet • Resource management • Ensuring project planning and status reporting is performed to corporate standards • Ensuring project execution and cost control is maintained to corporate standards of multi dollar project upgrades (> 100 MUSD ) • Inform stakeholders of project status based on project specific milestones and deliverables • Provide resource allocation to fleet projects as requested and agreed with regions • Provide recommendation and guidelines to rigs relating to SPS and other Special Projects • Authors and approves corporate reports (Project proposals and audit reports) • Execute project deliverables based on specific project issued mandates • Support the Director of Engineering with budget and forecast submissions relative to their discipline for head count, department cost, research and development • Reports to Director, Engineering Project Manager.
